Do Something Physical (Writing Quick Tip)

Studies show that one good remedy for writer’s  block is to do something physical. By doing something that uses different parts of your body and mind, it seems to break you out of a pattern of mental grid lock, and the enhanced oxygen you get if you work up a sweat helps to nourish those brain cells.

Stuck? Push back that chair and go for a walk, pump some iron or turn up that funky music and dance with wild abandon.

Then go back to that writing and see what your activity has shaken loose…
