Once in a Blue Moon…

Tonight is the blue moon…

According to Wikipedia, a blue moon can either be the second full moon in a month, or the third full moon in a season with four full moons. Most years have twelve regular full moons, aproxiamtely once per month; but since our calendar leaves us with extra days beyond those lunar cycles, the spare days pile up and give us a “blue moon” every two to three years.

The term “once in a blue moon” is used to mean “rarely” or “once in a long time”.

And tonight, the blue moon shines.

I’ll be taking this rare and special time to keep working on my next book about simple manifestation work; and I’ll be watching to see if anything unusual happens while the blue moon shines.

What will you do under this rare, enchanted moon?

Per the Farmer’s Almanac, the next blue moon is on August 21, 2013; so you’d best step lively if you don’t want to wait

Happy blue moon to you all…
