I’ve recently started a new day job and many of my clients speak little or no English. I’ve got a translation service I can reach by phone, but it’s making very aware of how much I use words to make a connection with people, explain what we’re trying to accomplish and just interact with people in general.
And that’s making me value my words even more
That’s how it should be. Words are a writer’s most important tools, but its easy to get so used to them that we start to take them for granted.
I’d like to take this oppurtunity to remind you of how important your words are to you as a writer. Love your words and what they can do for you
