Five Minute Meditation (a podcast)

I’ve appearing on The New Normal on April 3rd talking about how you can use palmistry to improve your relationships with people. And, if that’s not enough, the following week I’ll be on Cauldron of Knowledge talking about 5 minute meditation.

Two weeks from tonight, on Thursday night (4/11/13), I’ll be appearing from 8-9 pm on Cauldron of Knowledge with Alexis Doyle on http://liveparanormal.com/

Meditation can fit right into your life, whatsoever your life happens to be. Meditation can adapt to who you are and what you’re about. And meditation can make your life better.

You don’t have to spend hours meditating to have a positive effect on your health and well-being in body, mind and spirit. You can get good results from as little as five minutes at a time

You heard me right. Five minutes.

And we’re gonna tell you how…

Want to catch this interview, call in with your own questions or be part of the live chat happening during every show?

If you just want to listen, you can go to the above site, click the “Listen Live and Chat” listing under the “radio-listen/chat room” heading, and click “LISTEN HERE” next to “Cauldron of Knowledge”.

If you want to chat, you’ll need to go to the top of the home page on the extreme right and click “Join” to set up a personal account ( it’s free but takes a few moments, so you might want to do this in advance)

There are provisions for listeners to phone in with questions, too.

And, if you can’t tune in at that time, Live Paranormal.com archives its shows for your listening at a time convenient to you.

Hope you can join me two weeks from tonight from 8-9 at Cauldron of Knowledge on liveparanormal.com
