It’s the last day of Camp NaNoWriMo for April 2013.
Some of you may be finished already. Some of you are on track for wordcount, and have 1667 words left to go. Some of you are further behind, either a little bit or a lot.
In any case, don’t get discouraged. Now’s the time to reach deep inside of you, find the heroic writer that lives inside of each of us, and commit amazing feats of writing-dom that you didn’t know until now you were capable of…
It’s been a long and arduous winter, and I’m about due for a quest to a far off land; and in a little over two weeks, I’ll be setting off to a new world of wonders.
It’s the Hudson Valley Mayfaire, May 11 and 12th at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, NY
Due to other commitments, I’m not vacationing at Camp NaNoWrimo this April-
But for those of my fellow writers who are now hitting the home stretch, some inspiration to make those last few thousand words…
A reminder- this Saturday (April 27) from 10- 6 in Berlin, Ct is the Beltaine celebration for the Connecticut Pagan Pride Day group. CTPPD is an educational group that tries to build understanding of people following the different pagan spiritual paths by holding events where everyone can attend and learn more. They’re educational and they’re fun too, and they’re held by very nice people.

Some days the words just won’t come.
Some days you just stare at a screen as blank as your mind is.
Some days writing is like pulling teeth
and one way to address that is by taking a break…
we seem to have finally entered spring….
(*freezes, looks quickly around in all directions for snow, then sighs in relief*)
and its time for spring cleaning.
