The holidays are upon us, and if you’re like me, you’re running around like mad, decking those halls and jingling those bells and doing everything that you can to make this a wonderful holiday for everyone.

Sometimes, though, when we take on too much, we end up giving ourselves stress. This is unhealthy, and can make us miserable and no fun to be around. Stress can actually spoil a holiday.

So stop. Give yourself a present. Give the people who love you a present too.

Take a moment or two now and just r-e-l-a-x…

This is a long video. You don’t have to watch all of it. You don’t have to do anything in particular.

You can watch the flames and take deep breaths. You can use flame gazing to chill out. You can put it on as company as you wrap a few more gifts or write a few more cards.

Just take a moment and relax. The holidays will still be here when you’re ready for them.
