….ah…the Irony…..

Earlier this week, on 1/8/13 (…and Now, Back to the Writing…) , I mentioned that one of the writing goals I had on my list was a booklet for the Fairfield County Writer’s group on how to find the energy for writing in amongst the hustle and bustle of modern life.

And, shortly after I’d written that post, the cold that’s going around came by to drop me in my tracks.

The Writer Gets a Visit from the Cold Fairie….

Gotta lot of writing to do this week.

Got research and planning for the book I’m starting this week, 8 blog posts, and 3000 words for my writer’s critique group due on Friday.

Gotta lot of other things to do. Got 12 hours plus of complex online course, cleaning and decluttering after the holidays, social obligations, job hunting, groceries and a heap of other obligations.

And on top of that, I’m down with the post-holiday sickness. The sneezing, wheezing, coughing, aching, curl-up-in-bed-with-no-thought-in-your-head thing. My hair hurts…
